Customer Marketing Manager - 3 Month Contract - £263 Per day - London

THE COMPANY
Our client is the integrated authority for delivering strategy and commitments on transport in London. They run the day to day operation of the capital's public transport network and roads.

THE ROLE
As Customer Marketing and Behaviour Change Manager you will be your job to lead the planning and delivery of behaviour change campaigns. You will be responsible for:
- developing customer campaigns, planning customer comms strategy
- leading integration across the wider business
- management of project and campaign budgets
- accountable for the outcomes and message alignment across all channels

YOU
To be successful in this Customer Marketing and Behaviour Change Manager role you MUST have:
- significant experience of strategy, planning and delivering outcomes focussed campaigns, including behaviour change
- strong knowledge of all core marketing channels including TV, radio, press and posters, DM, digital and social media
- good agency management experience
