Group Account Director, Central London – Up to £75k DOE plus benefits
This agency are a new breed of marketing agency with a story about the power of collaboration. They create new possibilities and profitable results for ambitious businesses. They are alchemists who mix art with science to elevate brands, unlock value, empower the brave and make visions real. They need a Group Account Director to help them lead the charge.
This Group Account Director who needs to be a self-starter who can lead the strategic direction for their clients and teams, but also doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and getting the work done with the team. They are a small team and need someone who is part of the team, and not a Group Account Director who is hands off.
We need a Group Account Director who builds meaningful relationships with clients, who is comfortable stepping into a client confidant role, and is the first person they call when they need a point of view / advice.
It’s also important that this person is a champion of the agency and their team as well, working collaboratively with strategy, partnerships and creative. They also work with clients as a true team and forge great client relationships as well provide excellent client service.
This Group Account Director needs to be:
