We are working with the nation's largest online grocer who are revolutionising the way people shop for food and they are looking for a Supplier Analyst to join the Insight Team.

You will be working closely with the wider teams in the business to uncover ongoing commercial performance. You will act as an advisor to the buying team, through extracting critical insights surrounding which promotions to run, brand new loyalty schemes and personalised marketing campaigns.
The role will enable to you to learn the ins and outs of the consumer. You will be able to derive meaning from looking at how users navigate through their website and be able to understand any obstacles and opportunities as well as highlight recommendations to enhance purchase experience. You will utilise this information through providing actionable recommendations to demonstrate change across the entire business.

You'll be using the most up-to-date research methodologies to solve commercial problems and providing actionable recommendations! - 4+ years' agency or client-side experience
- Experience of quantitative research with understanding of qual
- Demonstrable ability to provide concise summaries to senior management
- Strong Excel, visualisation and SQL/VBA skills
- Experience with recommendations related to product range, pricing, promotions and website media
- Curious about customer motivations and human behaviour
