Research Analyst | Client Side Alcohol Business

They're a close knit team and are really passionate about the company and the industry (wine, beers, spirits & bubbly). They're looking for like-minded researchers who also share an interest in alcohol, there are lots of socials, events and they have just booked a team trip to a winery in France.
They work with over 25,000 retailers and major events across the UK. Their data and insight team delve deep into UK's drinkers and their behaviours, understanding their consumers at a core level and provide their retailers with planning future innovation.
You'll be researching both the consumer, so drinkers at the bar through to their own clients, the bar owners themselves. The whole business relies quite heavily on the team.
They're looking for someone with traditional agency experience (2-4 years), specifically someone who's interested in going that step further with the insights. To interpret and extract stories from data and present these in a compelling way.
Skills wise, quant is key. Some qual is also helpful. They have just developed a new panel of 4000 people and use this panel to source a lot of their data, they are looking for someone with experience managing and maintaining a consumer community. Projects are bespoke and include NPD, brand tracking and customer satisfaction.
Alongside this, you'll work alongside the retailers, so enjoying client contact is something that will be important for this role. A genuinely lovely team and company, bespoke projects as well as a fun and growing industry!
