Global Social Marketing Manager (Time to Change)
We are looking for a Global Social Marketing Manager to join our new global anti-stigma work, partnering with local NGOs in five low and lower middle income countries. You will be responsible for delivering five small-scale local social marketing campaigns as part of five pilot anti-stigma campaigns in four African countries and in one location in India.
These campaigns will be aimed at engaging local populations to challenge and shift perceptions and improve attitudes, as well as supporting the other pilot campaign activities being delivered by local NGOs and people with lived experience of mental health problems.
You will need to have experience of using best practice social marketing approaches to research, develop, test, deliver and evaluate campaigns in other countries and cultures, ideally in the health or discrimination/rights fields, and of co-producing campaigns with key partners and managing a range of agencies in a range of locations.
You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
