An award-winning customer experience agency is looking to hire a talented Strategist. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience in decoding consumer behaviour, especially within the context of retail and shopper marketing. 

You might be an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to make a move into a pure strategy role or maybe you’re an established Strategist eager for a new challenge.

 The Day to Day:

You'll be responsible for working end to end on projects - from identifying the client's business problem,running research, identifying insights, through to briefing creative, reporting and analytics. Work will range from producing retail toolkits, brand world strategy, events, decision journeys and media plans, through to retail partnerships, new tech solutions and new product launches.

You’ll work with the strategy directors on some of the biggest global drinks & FMCG brands. You will craft clear, concise and engaging presentations, responsible for understanding clients' business challenges. As well as answering briefs, you’ll support the team on new business, identifying emerging industry trends and competitor insights. 

Who you are:

You pride yourself on delivering rigorous strategic thinking within the BTL space and possess strong experience in delivering strategy within the FMCG category. You will have a proven track record in writing detailed strategies and activation plans, you'll recognise the significance in producing outstanding creative to help brands deliver better customer experiences at those crucial moments.

Key requirements:

  • At least 4 years solid BTL strategy experience
  • Agency background
  • Global and local campaign planning experience
  • Experience in shopper/retail marketing
  • Experience in the beers, wine and spirits sector advantageous
  • Must have FMCG experience
  • Hands-on - lives breathes culture, nightlife and events
