As the director of PR strategy, your role will be varied. Firstly , you'll be the face of the agency and have a proven pedigree in writing and winning pitches.

This isn't a new business role, you'll have a team that prospect and tee up good, relevant meetings with clients that want to challenge convention. Not always easy in some of the more tech/B2B markets.

You'll also be a proven leader - this director of PR strategy role is all about developing others and recognising talent both from within the agency but also when it comes to recruiting best in class operators across advertising and pr to add to the teams.

Profile

I'd say you have to currently be in a leading B2B PR agency or heading this department in an integrated outfit. You're probably working in London and seeking a new challenge where your career can still progress but maybe you're keen for a work/life balance that involves swapping the daily grind for some fresh air and a better quality of life.
