They need solid quant researchers to give a narrative to the data and help their clients understand how the touchpoints in their customer's journey can be leverage to generate more successes.
The team you will be walking into is really diverse, with a client list to match. You will have some really varied projects to work on with an expansive toolkit to select from. One of the key things in this position is really understanding what the clients need, and delivering consistently with some of the projects rolling over several years.
In order to be considered for this position you must have demonstrated the ability to deliver actionable insights which have had significant benefit to the clients. You must also have the ability to develop and mentor a team around you to align people with your high standards of research. It is essential you have the ability to work with senior stakeholders in global businesses and push insight right to the top table.
