Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager
Salary circa £63,000
Based central London
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing & developing Membership strategy & plans to deliver a compelling experience to high frequency guests to reward, retain and grow their lifetime value
- Develop propositions and campaigns which accelerate growth, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with GDPR
- Oversee the guest contact strategy and communication plans through email & other channels, to deliver commercial & brand objectives, whilst increasing relevancy and insight-led personalisation for guests
- P&L ownership of membership propositions & CRM campaigns, including budget management, forecasting and KPI control
- Managing and developing a team of 5
You should be / have:
- Highly data driven and analytical
- Significant hands on experience of working in CRM & Loyalty at a trusted service brand with branded membership propositions and complex data, campaign & decision management tools
- Strong background in customer proposition & experience design, along with planning brand-led customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Commercially sound, with a solid understanding of business & campaign performance/measurement
- Strong leadership skills, ability to set high standards and lead by example
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders
