Head of eCommerce (D2C)
Brand new role for a category leading business in the consumer electronics space, with a strong D2C presence, omnichannel footprint and huge scope to grow in eCommerce!
To this point eCommerce strategy has been set at a global level but there's been no-one to lead the UK eCom strategy, so they are investing a significant amount in building an industry leading eCom team, of which this role is the start.
Reporting into the UK Sales Director, you'll have strategic control of eCommerce for UK&I, building a team in your image, starting with some quick wins and then building a longer-term strategy to lead the market in both D2C and 3rd party.
You'll ideally come from an FMCG background and have eCommerce trading/commercial experience, in addition to a broader understanding of the nuances and connections between eCommerce, digital, CRM, loyalty, insights, supply chain and more!
You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and building something new, with the challenges and rewards that brings.
