An online banking fintech start-up brand, focused on SMEs, are looking for a senior candidate to join their Marketing and Communications team as VP of Member Relations. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work hands-on to deliver customer satisfaction and make a significant impact. This role is part of the senior leadership team and you will therefore be given a substantial amount of responsibility. This is a Membership Marketing role, leading on long term strategy and campaigns to ensure membership happiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the team to deliver member satisfaction and optimize lifetime value
  • To drive for deep member insights
  • To actively manage the member community and optimise all marketing activity to existing members
  • Overseeing all non-product specific membership functionality
  • To improve and impact the way the company works
  • Line management

Requirements:

  • Have worked in a senior level role within a member based organisation 
  • Have worked in a member marketing orientated role
  • Have a member focused mindset
  • Have an analytical mindset
  • Be well versed in engagement, activation and participation metrics and CLV concepts
  • Managerial experience or background in consulting
  • A track-record of delivery in a highly customer centric environment
  • Strong self and team organising skills
  • Business tech expertise
  • Leadership experience
  • Great communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of colleagues
  • Be inquisitive and proactive
