In-House Head of Creative/ Design Manager
I am recruiting for a global architectural company in Central London who are looking for an In-House Head of Creative/ Design Manager to join their team. You will be leading a small team across a range of integrated projects for a range of commercial, residential and retail brand projects and launches.

You must have a minimum of 8 years' commercial experience, a design related degree and proven experience of managing teams, project management and a background in the construction, architecture or property sectors.

Key Skills & Experience
* Experience working with high profile clients on a variety of branding and promotional challenges
* Your experience should demonstrate how you have affected business change with great results
* Lead the presentation of creative work to the client in a clear compelling and inspiring way
* Manage the creative team ensuring consistently high levels of motivation, morale teamwork and creativity
* Work with the production and senior team members to ensure the creative department operates at maximum efficiency
* Ensure all output is on brief, on schedule and on budget
* Manage day-to-day relationships with the external agencies
