Assistant Brand Manager
A leading consumer healthcare business with brands at the forefront of the UK market, and who have seen constant YoY growth for the last 5 years are looking to expand their marketing team. They are looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to help lead on the strategy & activation of some priority brands.
You'll be providing strategic marketing support to the SBM, along with supporting on the development of brand plans and building campaigns. The fluidity of the team means you'll be able to work closely with the shopper marketing & category function on insight-driven marketing activity. You'll get a lot of autonomy to be creative & lead on your projects alongside your manager, who will be helping to develop you along the way!
Preferably you will be coming from a consumer healthcare business or from a large / blue-chip FMCG, ideally in a Marketing Executive / ABM position. It's a great step for someone with 12-18 months of brand marketing experience who is looking for career progression. You'll need to have had good exposure to marketing mix 4P management & a competent understanding of P&L management. Experience of data / insight would also be useful! Overall, personality is a big factor in landing this role - if career progression & a hunger to really learn your craft is on the agenda, then this could the best step you take in 2019!
