Corporate Narrative Strategist
Our client is looking for someone to head up their Corporate Narrative Strategy and Content offer and play a strong role in bringing to life their clients corporate story. This is by using the data/insights, across; reporting, sustainability, employee engagement and investor relations which this agency is built around.
The narrative strategist is a smart and curious thinker who shapes the strategies and stories that lead to stellar work. At their core, they are broad-brained thinkers and doers who marry business strategy, open data and investor insights to develop innovative and engaging ways that change the way corporates communicate and redefine how end users interact with this content.
They are charged with crafting, owning, and selling in the story that keeps the agencies integrated strategic and creative teams on the right path. Narrative Strategists need to be good at identifying the signal from the noise and can collaborate across a cross functional team without losing the plot. The Narrative Strategist will work closely with heads of ; reporting, sustainability, employee engagement and investor relations , creative and clients at all levels.
This role will report to the CEO, helping grow manage, mentor and improve the strategic and creative output of the agency. The right person will fight for smart, unexpected, insight-driven work throughout the strategic and creative processes and will lead by example through their engagement in the day-to-day work.
This role will suit pure B2B strategists, who may have worked in Financial PR agencies, Corporate Reputation consultancies, Management consultancies and B2B Integrated Marketing communications agencies.
