Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Digital Agency

Buckinghamshire

JB058 - £28k - £42k

Are you bored in your current role? Is a getting a new job on your list of New Years Resolutions? Do you have Account Management experience in a Digital Agency? If the answer to these is yes, then I'm currently working with a super family friendly agency in Buckinghamshire that are looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join their 20 strong team.

This agency has been around for just over 5 years now and have been going from strength to strength since their creation. They have grown to a team of around 15 and treat each other like an extension of their family. They're always going out for social events and even got to go to St Lucia for as a thank you for their hard work… Pretty sweet eh!

As you would expect with an Account Management role, you will be the go between for clients with the agency. You will be liaising with the design and development teams to ensure that all projects are completed to spec and too the high standards the agency expect to meet. A large part of your role will be going out to clients and pitching your amazingly creative ideas and explaining just how great your work is.

What do they want from you? As you can expect with Account Management roles in marketing, having experience working in a digital agency is essential. You'll need to have had at least 2 years' experience, preferably in an Account Manager position. You will also need to be proactive and be prepared to muck in. You will be rewarded for hard work with a good work life balance.

So, what's in it for you? This agency have got some seriously wicked benefits ranging from 36 days holiday, Regular staff events and days out (including a holiday abroad this year). They offer medical cover, fun Fridays and want you to make use of their idyllic location in rural Buckinghamshire and stay active!! The one that beat them all, is the chance for flexible working hours. Should you need to stay at home for a day, then no worries!

Overall, the agency is incredibly friendly and value the work that you put in. They pay well, and you'll enjoy working here. If you think this could be your next role, then please do apply.
