The Industry Club are looking for an Executive Producer or Senior Producer looking to make the step up, to join this large, award winning events agency!

Overview of the role:
The Executive Producer's role is to ensure that all aspects of a programme(s) are successfully delivered to the client. The EP is typically responsible for executing a wide range of complex, multi-faceted programmes and is also responsible for the fiscal health of the programme and for communicating effectively with the team and the client. 

Key Accountabilities 
• Working with the Account Director, manage the programme process from creative through execution using the agencies processes and tools
• Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency 
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way 
• Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental programme proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions. Ensures PCNs are clearly communicated to client and approved
• Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details 
• Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods 
• Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables 


Finance
• Working with the Account Director, create programme budgets and manage the revenue throughout client programmes
• Manage/mitigate third party costs 
• Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent and pricing 
• Ensure PID is up-to-date on your assigned programme
• Reconcile programme costs against budget for your assigned programme 


Requirements 
• Marketing/client services experience and experience delivering inspirational live solutions 
• Strong programme management, organisational and communication skills 
• Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
• Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general, a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements, and the ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
