Are you a lead integrated marketer with lots of digital experience in programmatic marketing, PPC and user journeys as well as the ability to oversee the deliver of a wider marketing plan, ideally with not for profit experience?

Integrated Marketing Manager - 8 Month Contract - £42,000 - London

Our client is a much loved and admired national charity that helps a broad community via national network through emotional and financial support as well as representation in society.

The Marketing Manager role requires an experienced multi-disciplined marketer to join their Marketing team and oversee the delivery of a community programme across both digital and offline channels.
You will manage a Marketing Manager who will manage the bulk of the day to day campaign management however you will need to be someone who can comfortably dive in and take the detail as well as operate at a strategic level, continually refining and enhancing the annual plan, monitoring the budget and managing all reporting.
A big part of this role will be digitally focused and you will need to be experienced in programmatic marketing, PPC and user journey optimisation.
You will work alongside an internal digital team as well as managing external creative and digital agencies along with partners who are also part of the programme.
You will ensure the necessary partners and stakeholders are working with the marketing team to execute the plan effectively, and continuously look for new partners and opportunities to increase awareness of the service.

To apply for the Marketing Manager role you must have significant experience:
- in defining and implementing digital campaigns to support wider marketing plans, focusing on PPC, Programmatic, SEO and user-journey optimisation.
- a background in planning and delivering offline campaigns
- experience of managing direct reports at campaign manager level
- in aligning traditional and digital marketing to ensure an integrated marketing plan
- of partner marketing and how to increase awareness through owned, earned and paid partner channels will also need to be demonstrated.
-strong senior stakeholder influencing and communications skills,
- excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
You must also be a proactive self-starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes and have the ability to work well within the changing demands of a project.
Experience in not for profit is not essential.
