This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Development Executive to join a highly ambitious digital marketing agency in Manchester. They are an industry leading business offering a fun, creative and supportive environment to be work in.

This is a brand new role in the agency, with sales currently being handled by the directors, so you will become a vital member of the team. You will be the main point of contact with senior marketing managers and directors across an exciting and varied client base and will have autonomy on how best to build lasting relationships.

You'll identify opportunities for client growth, consulting with each client to take their business into new areas that deliver success for them. You'll play a key role in monitoring and reporting on campaign progress, showing how the strategies produced have delivered success and where it can further improve.

This is the perfect role someone with a digital marketing background who is looking for a change of career or an experienced business development executive looking to work in an exciting digital agency environment. You must have strong digital knowledge with a focus on PPC and SEO.

Must haves:
*2 years of proven sales experience - developing new clients and growth/retention of existing accounts **
*Experience within an agency sales role is highly desirable but not essential
*Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media etc)
*Google Analytics and Adwords experience
*Clear communication and ability to report to all levels internally and externally
*Ability to outline digital strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals
*A consultative sales approach
*Ability to think creatively
*Social and team player

** Candidates with less/none will still be considered if you have a proven digital marketing background.
