Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Manchester
£28,000 - £30,000 with commission

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Development Manager to join an award-winning branding and advertising agency based in Manchester. You will be the external face of the agency and lead the development of new and existing client relationships.

You will report into the Sales Director and support the Client Services team with proposals, quotes and pitch coordination across the accounts. You will take ownership of your sales pipeline and channel management, generated mostly from inbound leads and referrals as well as your own outreach.

This is an agency that holds a very strong existing client portfolio, with lots of potential for the accounts to grow. You will be a core member of the team liaising with the Studio Manager and Project Managers on a daily basis and attend regular networking events. You should talk with passion, knowledge and confidence and act quickly and efficiently in order to offer potential clients the best possible experience.

Must haves:
*3+ years of proven sales experience - developing new clients and growth/retention of existing accounts
*Experience within an agency sales role is essential
*Strong understanding of branding, print and digital services
*Clear communication and ability to report to all levels internally and externally
*Ability to outline digital strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals
*A consultative sales approach
*Ability to think creatively
*Social and team player
