A Creative ‘boutique’ agency that’s part of a network is looking for a freelance and perm brand activation JAM/AM to join their team!
Job Role:
The successful candidate would be working across one of their BTL FMCG accounts where they serve a critical role in developing the activation programmes for the UK market that unites the consumer and shopper marketing. These activations are both national consumer promotions and customer-specific initiatives.
• The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects from the year plan
• This includes making a strategic contribution to the account and ensuring the strategy carries through into all creative & project execution
• The candidate should be able to manage issues unsupervised and inspire confidence in the Client/s that they can do so
Key Responsibilities:
• Proven track record in delivering success for UK FMCG large clients
• Experience working in a multiple agency environment
• Developing effective relationships with the key client members
• Inspire though a curiosity for shopper and retail marketing
• Be an avid producer of timing plans and build confidence that we are reliable & fair in delivery
• Follow the agency process to ensure jobs are successfully managed through the agency
• Manage creative briefing and development process working with planning and creative
• Ensure timescales/budgets are met on all jobs
• To have excellent knowledge of retail channels especially grocery multiples channels in UK both online and offline
Knowledge & Skills
• Experience as an Account Manager in a similar environment
• Retail, shopper and promotional marketing experience ideal
• Experience in working within a multi-agency team
• Great communication skills – open and sparky
• Excellent organisational skills – works in a time efficient and organised manner and seeks to streamline processes where appropriate as well as prioritises effectively
