Group Insight Director
Group Insight director who'll shape and grow a new department that offers stand out insight driven solutions that improve customer experience in retail
Dare you be different?
That's the first question this West Yorkshire business will ask. Why? Because this role demands that.
After all it's not just a new role. This is about forming and growing a new department. Essentially a new business entirely.
They've already redefined their marketplace and made it look easy. Trust me, it's not.
Across leisure and retail they've won hearts, minds and numerous stand out clients.
They've a client base obsessed with how consumers behave in retail. Habits, patterns, trends keep them awake at night.
What they'd love is a Group Insight Director who can help them seek out and use the insight that delivers customer experience and marketing that works.
It'll need to be someone that can dissect retail in every way. demographic, location, aesthetics, layout, mix of use all play a part.
The department will ultimately help retail and brand clients shape their overarching customer experience strategy.
You'll work hand in glove with the creative teams to turn insights and truths into ideas that change behaviours, enhance experience and lead to retail destinations that innovate, excite and above all, perform ahead of the market.
You'll have a planning and insight toolkit that spans running workshops, focus groups as well as a full range of strategy and research methodologies.
It's very likely you'll currently be leading a planning or insight department or playing a lead strategy role in a retail or brand agency or consultancy.
As the Group Insight Director you'll be change obsessed, naturally curious with real entrepreneurial flair. After all you'll own a P&L and need to grow a team around you.
Behaviour will fascinate you and you'll bring a proven pedigree in understanding and influencing how consumers behave.
This agency need characters with real charisma and a magnetism that galvanises teams to do great work and consistently push boundaries
It's hard graft, challenging but a whole load of fun too.
