As their innovation lead, you will help to establish our clients’ reputation for innovation. You’ll play a key role in developing a unique point of view on innovation and then grow their concept development and innovation practice area.
The ideal candidate is likely to have a stint in consultancy and would like to / may currently work in a creative environment. You’ll need to have brand strategy experience and are likely to have at least 10 years’ experience.
We anticipate you’ll be an exceptional leader, with the ability to grow their innovation practice, employing additional innovation practitioners as needed.
As well as having a demonstrable history and examples of when you’ve grown accounts to extend scope, we’ll also expect you to have the personal qualities that inspire trust and respect.
