Award-winning B2B marketing agency based in a stunning part of London seeks a talented Senior Account Director with an integrated skill set.

This role offers a great deal of autonomy and huge scope to progress quickly to Group Account Director level.

Working with some of the world’s biggest and best brands, this strategic marketing agency is going places – and quickly.

The strategy and creative teams work in tandem to develop brand, campaign and content-marketing solutions, delivered through every channel and touchpoint.

The Senior Account Director role

Due to unprecedented growth, the agency is seeking a Senior Account Director with an integrated skill set to work with one of the biggest tech brands in the world plus a number of smaller clients.

The role reports into the agency’s Chief Executive. You will be given a lot of autonomy which offers huge growth potential to reach Group Account Director level – there is no time limit on that.

An integrated skill set is essential - advertising, digital, social, design, brand and video.

You will take overall responsibility for the delivery and development of the agency’s clients, and lead the process of winning new contracts, working alongside a Planning / Research Director and Strategic Planner.

There will be 3 Senior Account Managers reporting in to you, each with responsibility for a defined set of clients. These pods will grow from below with the addition of Account Executives and Grad Trainees.

The position has been created by a restructure as the existing Group Account Director is seeking a move into a strategic planning role. 

The Senior Account Director will work across all accounts including a massive engineering company, a tech giant, and a sports and leisure company.

The agency has clients all over the world, particularly Germany and Finland, so foreign travel will be required from time to time.

B2B account experience is desirable as is a passion for technology, but neither is essential.

However, the ambition to deliver in a truly strategic environment is crucial!

Salary and bonus

The basic salary is up to £60k PLUS bonus which could increase the package by an additional £3k.

The bonus scheme is 5% of salary based on the agency hitting overall revenue targets. The agency is on course to reach that this year.
