Internationally recognised as one of the leading brand agencies servicing the retail sector, my client is looking for a Marketing Director as a result of dynamic growth and expansion.

They are a creative agency partnering with global and domestic household brands to re-imagine how they create and engage fans, designing (amongst other briefs!) flagship stores for key brands.

They are well-known for their successful work in the 3D retail space and are looking to expand their offering into new verticals such as pop-ups and other experiential activities

As the Marketing Director, you will spend up to 70% of your time on Marketing activity, with New Business also reporting to you. You will also take responsibility for assigned New Business clients/work streams. 

In this role, you will also be part of the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business.

You  will be responsible for the generation of revenue through the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy that looks to grow awareness of the agency brand, increase understanding of value propositions, drives leads and conversion rates, and support the growth and retention of revenue from existing clients.

To support this, you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders including:  Business Development and Strategy & Insights teams, Client Services Director,  and  the wider SLT group.

You will also be managing a team of 3-4 to support in the execution of the marketing plans and conversion of new leads, alongside collaborations with relevant specialist partners.
