This is a pivotal London based role in the portfolio of 3 international B2B events. Split 80% new business and 20% account management of existing clients, including some key accounts, the major revenue focus is mainly on Germany while making sure your clients are served well in the other 2 geo-clones in the USA and China. You must speak fluent German and English and have a driving licence.
What you will do…
Generate new business contacts and revenue from new and existing clients
To reach and exceed sales and revenue targets and performance objectives
To effectively manage and grow new and existing customer relationships
Ensure the customer experience is very positive to ensure long term customer retention and rebuilding relationships with lapsed customers
To research the market, analyse trends and use that information to engage with new customers and qualify effectively
Make recommendations regarding Sales Plans and future new business sales strategy
Agree Key account plan with Commercial Manager
Be a market expert and market shaper
