This is a pivotal London based role in the portfolio of 3 international B2B events. Split 80% new business and 20% account management of existing clients, including some key accounts, the major revenue focus is mainly on Germany while making sure your clients are served well in the other 2 geo-clones in the USA and China. You must speak fluent German and English and have a driving licence.

What you will do…

 Generate new business contacts and revenue from new and existing clients

 To reach and exceed sales and revenue targets and performance objectives

 To effectively manage and grow new and existing customer relationships

 Ensure the customer experience is very positive to ensure long term customer retention and rebuilding relationships with lapsed customers

 To research the market, analyse trends and use that information to engage with new customers and qualify effectively

 Make recommendations regarding Sales Plans and future new business sales strategy

 Agree Key account plan with Commercial Manager

 Be a market expert and market shaper
