Account Manager - Design Agency

An exciting design agency that work on a range of blue-chip clients are looking to add another string to their bow and bring an Account Manager on board. This agency specialise in adding another dimension to client's presentations and events by creating engaging content. They have a varied client list, with two of their major accounts being Vodafone and Virgin Media. The role has been made available due to an internal reshuffle which has allowed some really big accounts to be made your own.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring your accounts and running smoothly and development of these accounts is kept at a healthy rate. You will be the first point of client contact with the agency and clients, being an ambassador for the agency and the brand itself. As with all Account Manager roles, you will be expected to report into your Account Director & manage any Account Executives to a high standard and insure that they're preforming to high levels.
As the agency don't have many direct competitors, it's unlikely that you will have worked on similar projects. With this in mind, you will hopefully have worked on B2B accounts previously, and have experience working within an agency environment. You will also have exceptional communication skills and understand the market well.
