Agency Sales Group Head - Fashion/Lifestyle/Beauty/Celebrity News Publisher

Salary - c£38-45K basic (dependent on experience) + 20% comms

Amazing and unique opportunity here to work for a premium & global female oriented fashion, beauty, lifestyle publisher.

They are a household name and yet still manage to punch above their weight commercially and they are in a great position right now.

Currently they are looking to build out their digital sales team with a high quality agency sales specialist who can look after their Omnicom and Publicis patch - selling their digital offering.

They have an amazing team culture and are regarded as a notoriously fun place to work - plus they are known to foster a nurturing environment for new recruits at all levels.

Preferably looking for someone with at least 3/4 years experience in digital media and sales and someone with a vested interest in the key verticals that this publisher operates within.

They work with fabulous brands and currently have the biggest total brand reach in market!

More about reponsibilities & the role:

  • To implement & support in the delivery of the agency strategy set by the Agency Trading Director/Head of Brand
  • To sell & maximise the revenue from agencies patch (Publicis & Omnicom) across all platforms
  • To ensure strong relationships with strategic planners, planners & buyers
  • Work closely with client team, partnership team, and digital specialists to drive creative ideas and revenue within agency group
  • Write a concise agency group strategy and implement accordingly inline with the wider agency strategy
  • Responsible for print display, digital and creative solutions from the relevant agency group
  • Proactively set and attend meetings with all agencies within the group
  • Drive revenues in agency group with proactive creative solutions
  • Key focus on driving print creative revenues too
  • To attend all external functions where necessary
  • Attend relevant external conferences to develop skills and knowledge
