This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving events agency based in the heart of Liverpool. As they enter their biggest year to date they are looking to add an experienced Content Producer to the team.

You will be working in a small, busy, creative team to deliver engaging presentations, video, graphic design and immersive content for a wide selection of clients - bringing their key messages to life for the audience through an engaging and informative mix of media. Delivery will mostly be live events, but will also include stand alone projects.

You should have strong experience working on communications either client or agency side, excellent time management and communications skills as well as a good balance between self-motivation and being a key team player.

Day to day responsibilities include:
*Developing relationships with clients and spotting opportunities for account development.
*Managing clients expectations throughout the project, ensuring content is delivered on time and within budget.
*Work together with Content Director and client to create event agenda and ensure all necessary aspects of the communication are covered.
*Ensure that all content stays on track and doesn't fall behind schedule.
*Lead presenter meetings and creative communication strategy and presentation structure for events.
*Attend meetings to support presenters in the development and creation of their content, suggesting innovative and interactive methods of message communication and delivery.
*Be the first point of contact for presenters to manage flow of presentation assets and collation of information between meetings, to create full briefs for PPT designer and VT editor.
*Manage rehearsals and client changes on site, ensure presenters are fully equipped and confident to deliver.
*Run Front of House on site to manage communication between presenters and crew control, ensuring smooth running of presentations on rehearsals and event day
