The business has enjoyed a significant period of double digit growth, which has paved the way for an experienced Marketing Manager with well developed digital and PR skills to join the team to help develop and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing plans.

This is an incredibly exciting Marketing Manager role as it has a real sense of purpose to it. Yes, you will be developing and delivering consumer focussed marketing campaigns and product launches, but you will be doing so, safe in the knowledge that a significant amount of the profit you generate will be re-invested into CSR projects that promote research and education within the industry. The role sits in an entrepreneurial business unit, which will give you the scope and autonomy to define a strategy and deliver disruptive marketing campaigns.

This role will take the lead on digital marketing, social media and PR campaigns so you will need to be proven in the areas of website development, digital advertising, e-CRM and social media in addition to having both trade and consumer PR experience. As the business strives for continuous improvement, evaluating marketing campaigns and feeding the results into future planning will be as essential as your ability to work cross functionally and influence both internal commercial functions and external retail customers to ensure you are delivering on the brands objectives.

This role will suit an experienced marketer with at least 5 years of branded, consumer goods marketing experience and a strong track record of delivering against financial KPI's. You will be a brand builder and champion of the consumer with a solid understanding of path to purchase and shopper missions, which will allow you to tap into the consumers mind set and deliver best in class campaigns. You will be driven to 'make a difference' so the ability to make commercial decisions with altruistic mind will be an advantage.
