This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join a thriving full-service marketing agency in the heart of London. You will be part of a team that manages social media activity across various clients and industry sectors.

You will be joining a full-service agency that craft compelling user experiences and use smart technology to keep their clients excited. Your main responsibility is community management and the evolution of social media campaigns on channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
*Community management including responding to user queries and escalating when necessary
*Source and manage the social assets and copy for several accounts
*Reporting on social metrics and campaigns, and offering insight as well as facts
*Offer input for additional actions and strategy based on frontline observation of channels.

This is a key role in the social media and content team, therefore having the ability to multi-task across various projects and platforms is essential.

*Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in an agency environment
*Understanding of social media's role in the marketing mix
*Ability to implement the strategic social media marketing plan on a daily basis
*Ability to manage and develop image and asset bank for social media.
*Manage the community across platforms ensuring brand reputation and customer services objectives are met
*Ensure timely responses to social media queries across all client channels.
*Ability to switch between different tonality to suit clients.
*Broad understanding of various brands' use of social media including best practice examples
*Steer social media strategy and manage social media budget
*Ability to work with general software packages such Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Understanding of the principles of marketing communications, branding and social media
*Ability to use basic social media tools such as Hootsuite or Tweetdeck
*Experience of using Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube's commercial applications
*Proactive and creative ability to work on concepts and generating new ideas
*Collaborative attitude and ability to give and receive instruction
*Problem-solving mentality
