DNA Recruit are working with a global experience marketing agency whose mojo is communicating to live audiences. They excel in the art of conceiving, designing and delivering events, activations and experiences which changes the behaviour of those attending. They work with the largest brands in media, automotive, FMCG to name but a few.
DNA Recruit are working to find their client a new Business Development Director, whose role it is to connect and develop excellent new relationships with potential clients. As well as taking on the existing pipeline of potential leads, you will bring your own network and opportunities along with you. Your role will also cover marketing and PR of the agency, managing new business budgets, and finding innovative ways of generating content that raise the altogether awareness of the agency.
The Business Development Director will report in to the Agency Founders, and will be supported by a New Business Development Executive and will be prepared to travel for new business pitches from time to time, within the UK and internationally. With your 5+ years (minimum) previous experience in agency business development roles you will therefore be confident in identifying the client or brand needs to create the right creds for presentation and have experience in delivering consultative strategic selling with large sales of between £200k a £1 million in fees
Is it you?
Our client is looking for Business Development Director with at least 5+ years agency experience and great client relationship skills. You have good knowledge of Salesforce and experience of managing multiple sales campaigns at any one time. Your experience of working within the experiential/events industry would be of a bonus but not essential to the role. But your personable manner and ability to speak the agency language is essential as you are quickly able to get up to speed with the type of work the Agency produce and how client's briefs can be answered.

Salary: up to £90K dependent on experience plus commissions, bonus and benefits (strong OTE)
