In title you'll be a research director or head of research with a quantitative bias but in practice you'll apply this in a much broader sense.
You'll have a strong mixed methodology tool kit but relish the thought of doing more.
After all research here isn't just presenting findings it's proper partnership with clients seeing findings and recommendations shape creative thinking, brand building and generally being brought to life.
It lives and breathes here and seeing the impact it makes on a brand and how behaviours are changed is an everyday occurrence.
Clients look for the bigger picture so your role is helping them to see it all, working with the right project team across the agency to ensure findings lead to stand out creative that works
