Account Director - Leading integrated agency, working across 2 great brands!
This is a great opportunity for an Account Director and a real chance for a candidate to come in and take ownership across 2 very important pieces of business.
We are looking for an Account Director who gets customer experience, activation and engagement. You'll ideally be an Account Director who has worked at an integrated level, delivering work across retail, shopper, experiential, CRM, ecommerce and activation. We are looking for an Account Director who is a team player, someone who can work with internal teams to deliver integrated work, and external, senior clients.
This agency is a global integrated agency, they lead advertising, brand and activation / below the line work for their clients. The Account Director will work closely with the ATL / TV and Brand teams in both the UK and the US, and you'll help activate the work at a global and local level. The Account Director will originate the creative work, execute it in the UK and work closely with global markets to help lead their creative work.
The Account Director will work across 2 very important, cool clients. One is a brand in the sound and technology space, and the other is a booze giant. The Account Director will lead across both brands, and you'll help build the team to service the clients. The Account Director will report into the Business Director and you'll also work very closely with the MD of this activation agency.
We are looking for an Account Director who enjoys working in an innovative way, someone who enjoys pushing creativity and leading brands, directing and delivering smart work, that works. The Account Director must have a real passion for brands, you'll have worked on countless campaigns that run across shopper, retail, experiential, digital, social and content, and generate integrated / activation work. The Account Director must be smart, a very slick account handler, someone who can help grow client relationships and accounts, and someone with a strong track record in leading creative pieces of work.
The Account Director should be ambitious, and you'll be someone at the senior end of Account Director level. This is also reflected in the salary levels, we are looking to pay the Account Director up to £55k.
