Known for innovation and quality this business touches consumers lives daily with their market and category leading products! An opportunity has arisen in the EMEA Marketing department for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to take on a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager role.

As the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development and deployment of the shopper marketing campaigns for the EMEA region. With ambitions to be the best in class supplier and strategic partner to customers, the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in maximising business opportunities via unrivalled consumer, shopper and customer understanding and engagement. You will work closely with EMEA countries to ensure local differences are catered for, sharing best practice and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.

By building strong cross functional relationships you will use your influencing skills to contribute to country specific Shopper Marketing plans and promotional activity by effectively influencing local Commercial and Marketing teams. You will be tasked with aligning internal brand plans with those of the retailers to create an omni-channel shopper experience and deliver flawless product launches across all markets.

To be successful in this role you will need to have significant experience of working with trade or retail communications and shopper marketing in a consumer goods setting. You will be comfortable analysing and interpreting multiple data sources and using insights to underpin your marketing plans and unlock growth opportunities. You will need to be experienced at developing annual shopper marketing plans that span multiple media types, channels, brands and customer accounts, with the expertise to support local teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
