The Agency

This independent integrated brand-activation agency is in the midst of re-positioning and expanding its service offering. Coming from a retail and shopper heritage, they now offer fully integrated work and they have recently won several new accounts across FMCG, Retail, Alcohol and more.

They are proudly independent and their team is based in UK and Ireland. They are always growing, developing and evolving and challenging the status quo is their leit motiv, redefining normal and never settling for ordinary whilst creating beautiful work.

Their disciplines include: brand activation, retail, shopper, social, influencer, ATL, e-commerce, experiential, partnerships and promotions.

The Role

As a creative team you will be responsible for generating creative magic in response
to client briefs. Ideas are your passion; words and images are your craft. Your concepts will influence audience behaviour through smart thinking and engaging execution.

As a team you must be dynamic, innovative and strategic. You will have experience creating campaign ideas and understand how to roll-out the 'big' idea across a broad range of channels. You recognize the role digital, influencer and new technologies play in the marketing landscape.

Skills and experience as a Team

- Experience working across both digital and print
- Experience working across a broad mix of channels
- Understanding and experience of social, digital and new technologies
- Strong chemistry and energy as a team
- Confident presenting your work internally and directly to clients
- A great portfolio of work demonstrating stunning art direction and sharp copy

Skills and experience as Individuals

Art director: You're as happy working solo as you are with your Copywriter at your side. As well as generating ideas, you're capable of rolling up your sleeves and jumping on a mac to bring your vision to life. You will have experience crafting work and making it look brilliant.

Copywriter: You're as comfortable flying solo as you are with having your Art Director as your
wingman. Alongside creating ideas you're happy crafting clever copy with smart thinking and sharp language - from headlines to body copy and everything in-between.

A keen interest and experience in New Technologies is a MUST.
