A market leader in their field, this business provide choice to the consumer on a variety of legal & financial services. They offer a unique software platform to help service the legal, financial & housing industries. As a reward for their hard work of previous years, they boast a roster of partners in the hundreds, most of which being top tier in their field.
They're now looking to continue their growth by hiring a Project Manager to help oversee the initial launch of a new IT component that is going to pivotal to the success of the business and will help them continue to eat up market share. You will also oversee and coordinate a range of other projects of variable size, implementing company procedures and ensuring the smooth running of internal process. This will be predominantly office based with scope for some travel around the UK.
So, what do they need from you? They're not looking for someone overtly technical but knowledge of a range of project management frameworks, techniques and tools. You will also need to be an effective communicator, being to effectively delegate work out fairly and ensure the smooth running of any projects.
The business work out of a beautiful Victorian building in the centre of a busy market town in Oxfordshire. On top of a good salary you will be given all the tools to succeed, with regular training and internal promotions. There are regular team social events and the chance to work with some of the industries most well renowned names!
It's easily commutable from Aylesbury, Oxford, Bicester, High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.
