Account Director

  • An Account Director position within an unique award winning creative agency which has a specialist interest in creating live events and digital experiences
  • To join an agency of talented individuals which possess an established industry reputation for its high quality live events and digital content  
  • The Account Director will work across a host of diverse and exciting accounts including household name brands such a Red Bull and BT
  • The agency has a strong background in producing moving image content, live experiences, stills, and digital content

Key Responsibilities:      

  • Delivering world class client service and delivering growth from the agency’s largest accounts
  • The role will also involve converting new business opportunities for the agency
  • Development and ownership of account plans and actions to drive growth from the account
  • Identification of skills and teams required to deliver projects and activities within the account, work with internal resourcing to ensure solid, profitable teams on projects
  • Leadership of pitches, in collaboration with key individuals and departments to support the pitch requirement.
  • Attend the live events and projects within the named accounts
  • Attend, update and proactively participate in fortnightly Sales & Marketing team meetings.

Key Skills:

  • You’ll be extremely flexible and resilient and a great problem solver.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of commercials.
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management, with the ability to develop trust and inspire loyalty with clients at all levels.
  • Results oriented, with proven experience of supporting and driving succesful new business opportunities.
  • Sound business judgement; with the ability to balance data-driven decisions with intuition and instinct to make best decisions for both client and agency.
