EMEA Marketing Manager - £70,000 - London

You will work for a people-focused global executive search and advisory firm based in fab offices in central London.

This role is all about forging close and trusted business partner relationships with consultants across EMEA and advising them on marketing best practice. This is a hands-on role within a global marketing team contributing to firm-wide marketing, PR and Communications initiatives including specific and targeted marketing initiatives, corporate brand implementation, high-profile events, sponsorships and overall marketing strategy implementation.

You will:
- develop clear and concise copy for marketing collateral materials, website, social media channels and other external communication vehicles
- deliver against the company's Thought Leadership strategy aimed at building the company's market leadership position
- post interesting social media content in different formats: blogs, videos, presentations and links etc.
- help business partners develop commercially focused, trends-driven marketing events to promote the company brand and aid business development efforts
- coordinate with internal and external partners to manage key marketing initiatives such as ongoing PR, advertising, client newsletters and sponsorships, etc.
- work with Consultants and internal marketing team to disseminate thought leadership pieces
be a brand ambassador to activate the brand in EMEA
implement brand standards across all external touch points

- an undergraduate degree
- proven expertise in executing integrated marketing and communications programs, including online/social media, PR and content marketing programs
- a cutting-edge digital approach
- excellent Writing Skills: Ability to develop different forms of strong and strategic copy
- strong influencing and negotiating skills: ability to develop strong working relationships with business partners and colleagues to drive the marketing strategy forward
- ability to manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects with competing demands for limited resources, on time and within budget
- B2B services marketing experience, preferably with an agency / consulting / professional services organisation
