You would join a Creative team responsible for delivering the promotional campaigns and branding for the BBC, its content and services across all platforms – TV, digital, social, OOH etc. Our work varies hugely - from Strictly Come Dancing to Glastonbury to FA Cup to Poldark – working across all the brands and genres – from BBC One to Radio 1, iPlayer to Cbeebies, Drama to Live events. Role Responsibility

  • To create high quality creative briefs, leading to effective/award winning creative solutions
  • To drive creative solutions – where appropriate – that engage audiences beyond TV; the ability to help shape comms plans that deliver campaign messages over time and across different platforms
  • To build strong relationships within BBC Creative, especially with ECDs, and with Marketing & Media colleagues
  • To make effective use of audience insight
  • To work with colleagues to demonstrate effectiveness of campaigns
  • To create high quality creative briefs, leading to effective/award winning creative solutions
  • To drive creative solutions – where appropriate – that engage audiences beyond TV;

Are you the right candidate?

  • Experience and working knowledge of all the necessary tools to help solve creative problems and develop creative strategy
  • Managing and Developing Relationships: Experience of working in creatively led businesses alongside creative people to help them develop ideas
  • Digital and non-traditional experience
  • Good planning and organisation skills 
  • Real Interest in the BBC and Media industry
