Fantastic opportunity for a Studio Manager to work for this vibrant, creative marketing agency, based in Central London.

My client is an integrated agency spanning digital marketing, creative comms and PR. Working with some very big Global names in the tech space, they are a passionate bunch, working to the same goal of developing and executing exemplary integrated campaigns which delight their clients and of talented designers and developers. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for their first Studio Manager to help with resource management and operations of the fast growing studio team.

The role of the Studio Manager will be to coordinate the time and workflow of the busy studio teams, which currently comprises of 5 designers, 2 motion designers /video editors, 2 artworkers and 2 developers, but this is also expected to grow rapidly the next few months. As such the role requires someone with strong communication and organisation skills, to act as a lynchpin between all departments, ensuring all work is delivered on time and in budget. Also being their first Studio Manager they are looking for someone who can holistically look at processes, make improvements and improve efficiencies.

As such to be the right Studio Manager you'll have at least 5 years agency experience gained in a traffic, studio, production or creative services role and be confident to deal with all workflow management. Please note 90% of all work is digital across web design, email, social, animation, video but they do some print collateral for example when helping design experiential events for their clients. You'll also be naturally confident, outgoing and enthusiastic and be able to solve those tricky workflow issues, all while remaining positive with a smile on your face.
