We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join us to lead the strategy for of one of our FMCG challenger brands, as well as playing a prominent role a global and hugely popular FMCG multi-brand portfolio.

The Role

You’ll be the strategic lead on an iconic British brand, working with a dynamic creative team. Having struggled to match their competitors in terms of distribution and marketing spend we have developed a powerful new positioning. This is an exciting time to be joining the team to help forge a new creative direction for the brand to help restore its status within the category.

On the other account, you’ll be part of a friendly team and in partnership with an experienced Planning Director (who has just won an IPA Gold, but wears it lightly). You’ll be working on UK strategy for famous brands and be involved in developing strategy and creative platforms that will guide these brands for years to come. You will be joining at a perfect time to help shape new strategy and creative direction for several of the brands. This account has the sort of challenges that any smart and determined planner relishes. Intellectually stretching but hugely rewarding not least because we have clients who depend on our insight and creative approach to turn their data into effective communication platforms.

There will definitely also be New Business opportunities and a chance to contribute to the development of our new Planning Executive.

What we’re looking for and what it takes to become a krow…

Previous FMCG experience is highly desirable, as well as good exposure to ‘qualiquant’ techniques. If you’re a digital and social native, this would also be hugely advantageous.

You’ll be a good communicator and excellent presenter as well as comfortably numerate and not thrown by research nonsense. You get excited by and want to get involved in the development of strong ideas that are beautifully executed.
