About the role 

My client has a unique opportunity for a Trading Performance Manager to join our market leading Investment team. The successful candidate must be happy to work independently as well as part of a team and love working with data! In return, they can expect to play a pivotal role in contributing to our agency partners’ performance and to the success of the wider Investment team. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

Take ownership of the company’s  auditor pool data and create a comprehensive, easy to use master pool. 

Create a live tracking template for each client utilising historical pool data. 

Monitor all PRFs buying guarantees and create a monthly report to share across all the Investment 

agency Heads, Group Business Directors and Business Directors. 

Work closely with each Investment Account Director to create a client rate tracking grid which will 

enable you to make educated buying decisions at the time of approval. 

Provide an in-depth monthly report to all the Investment team tracking the value range required by 

each client to allow them to closer deliver against all buying guarantees (both value ahead or behind). 

Take ownership of the productivity process. 

Work closely with all main agency partners in providing data, understanding the process and setting out delivery timetable across the year for all clients. 

Liaise with all Investment Account directors to provide context across all productivity clients upon delivery deadlines. 

Build a strong working relationship with the delivery and work closely with Investment to ensure data is up to date and correct on the system, ready for the audit transfer process. 

Develop relationships with Accountability/Trading performance managers at partner agencies and share tracking positions. 

Begin to form a long term overview of the auditor world, gain a knowledge of price by format by media owner and working collaboratively across the team with this knowledge. 

Create efficiencies within the auditing process. 

Skills and experience required 

Experience working at a managerial level 

Very strong communication skills 

Advanced Excel and Word skills 

Significant experience in an out of home, media owner and/or agency environment. 

Microsoft office.
