Customer Insight Executive | Client-Side Opportunity
Are you a quantitative researcher who understands the voice of the customer?
We are working with one of the largest businesses of their kind, who are looking to expand their CX offering. They are market leaders, supplying over 3.5million people daily, and are dedicated to providing great service with minimal disruption to individual customer, the community and the environment.
The role will engage with all areas of the business, ensuring that the insights meet their needs and support their understanding of customer behaviour. You should have a passion for turning data into actionable insights - and promoting these insights to key stakeholders, along with identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations that support business strategy and goals.
We are looking for a confident, self-assured quantitative researcher with a passion for people, who is looking for a new, exciting challenge that will genuinely influence business practices.
If you have:
Experience working on voice of customer platforms
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and are highly numerate
Strong stakeholder management skills
