My client- an established, international B2B Tech organisation specialising in cyber security- are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team in London. Reporting into the Marketing Director this role will work alongside a Channel Marketing Team, a Field Marketing Team, a Customer Success Team and will manage one direct report. This position will own marketing campaigns and customer enablement programmes to increase customer reach.


Customer Marketing Manager- responsibilities:

-Planning, developing and executing targeted campaigns
-Planning and delivering customer focused events
-Managing production of customer focused collateral and resources
-Organising customer spokespeople for events, and producing video and written case studies
-Using customer feedback to drive change within the region and business


Customer Marketing Manager- requirements:

-3-5 years experience in a similar role (preferably within the B2B Tech sector)
-Experience managing integrated customer campaigns to drive customer engagement and advocacy
-Experience with Marketo and NetSuite
-Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
-Degree level education in a relevant subject


The salary for this role is 60K, plus 5K bonus and benefits
