Customer Experience Advisor - £27,000 - London

THE COMPANY
My client is a pioneering, marketing tech company with a fantastic culture. The company have ambitious growth plans and this is a very exciting time to join the team. The company is seeking an Account Executive to look after some big clients.

THE ROLE
This Customer Experience Advisor role will involve:
- managing inbound customer queries regarding the tool and services
- building and maintaining customer relationships
- supporting customers undergoing trials of the product
- maintain a CRM database and provide accurate and timely reporting

YOU
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
- proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up environment
- demonstrable experience implementing customer service improvements
- some marketing and/or design experience would be beneficial
