Client Director | Qual Research, Brand Strategy & Innovation
Working with the likes of InBev, McDonalds as well as start-ups, they are currently expanding their senior team. They are looking for an experienced strategic qualitative researcher.
They have been around for 25 years and now have a strong team in London. They do full-service research and have a rich history of synthesising data and trends analysis, redesigning brands, concept testing through to creative outputs and memorable deliverables.
Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the team to create strategic focussed research deliverables, driving positive client relationships and as well as help build the company's direction.
The real draw is the amount of responsibility to lead but alongside that, getting involved in the innovation and strategic process. The role is still relatively hands on so they will want someone who still loves doing qual research, but they're really looking for someone with a commercial edge; as well as a wider lens on global cultural trends.
Projects deep-dive into unifying and redeveloping brands through focussing on the deeper, more emotional motivations that consumers have. They're big believers of exploratory research and co-creation studies - so this is a role for someone who loves and is experienced with a range of qual techniques!
