This is a growing design, brand & consumer communications agency building up quite an enviable reputation, with offices in London and Asia. Energy, passion and creativity are what drives and sets them apart and in their London office, you'll be part of a growing team of what is now 25 people, with 6 people in client services.

They work across a number of consumer, lifestyle and retail sectors, but this Account Director will take control of a luxury brand which is heavily regulated but gets attention. It's 360 in its movements. This client is global, premium/luxury.  NPD, innovation, product, to campaigns, digital, social media, packaging, retail, brand activation, events. They are changing the course in what is yes, a controversial space but giving the consumers innovative lifestyle options.  

If you have experience in this area, great but otherwise this is a role for an Account Director who is a relationship builder, a creative thinker, will work closely with creatives and strategists and researchers alike, across product development to ongoing marketing and brand management around the globe.

A natural team leader who will lead the client through their journey, help them to think, innovate and ultimately deliver. Commercially astute and with a strong understanding of brand management and marketing.

This agency is on a roll and winning business because of the creative work and marketing knowledge and integrity. Based in a beautiful, light and airy studio in the heart of Old St, they are a winning and collaborative team so you will need to fit into that mould too. 

Personal development very much on their agenda and there is the opportunity for global travel too! If we could tell you the names of key clients, you'd raise an eyebrow. Very cool!

Essentials:

  • Experience in leading and nurturing a small team
  • Commercially astute
  • Good understanding of brand management and marketing
  • A creative and strategic thinker, you'll put your hand up with ideas
  • A people person and strong communicator. Client facing all the way
