The business:

A global, market-leading FMCG business with a bright & dynamic future. Business growth has been exponential, and this company would suit highly motivated and ambitious professionals with 2-3 years of experience in social media who are looking for a step-up & fantastic career progression. They have a great open-plan office based in London which comes with loads of perks (like table tennis, pool, breakout areas & a lovely coffee machine)!

The role:

The company is going through an exciting period of growth, and with lots of innovation & new products coming through it has allowed for them to have a specific focus on Digital & Social Media Marketing. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social strategy & brand identity, ensuring great content is delivered across all platforms. You'll get to develop content calendars, develop & manage communities and manage the influencer program. You'll need a start-up / high-growth mindset - this role is fast-paced & you'll be working on projects with quick turnarounds!

The person:

It goes without saying that you'll need to have solid digital / social experience with a good understanding of content management & social analytics tools. Ideally, you'll have a background in FMCG, though experience in BWS, Mobile / Electronics or even from a digital agency would be useful. You'll also need to be highly analytical & have a good understanding of commercials / how larger corporations are structured & be comfortable with senior stakeholder management.
