A global brand experience agency are looking for two Senior Integrated Project Managers to join their team. Responsible for managing the creative development process from brief through to delivery across all disciplines/media platforms.

The Project Manager manages & controls the flow of all work, irrespective of discipline (Broadcast, Print, Digital, Brand Activation), through the creative development & production processes. To ensure a better creative product with increased productivity. Freeing the account management to spend quality time with the clients and developing new business. This role encompasses the following:

•    Keeping track of incoming briefs/work and their delivery timings across their respective account(s).
•    In conjunction with relevant producers, developing & managing project timelines.
•    Monitoring the workload, suitability, availability and skill sets of all the creative teams.
•    In conjunction with the Resource Management, assigning briefs/work to the correct creative team.
•    With Account Management and Finance help estimate project time and fees 
•    Where applicable, resourcing digital experts & managing this resource through the creative development stage.
•    Arranging creative briefing.
•    Managing the creative development process to ensure that all Project Team & Creative reviews happen on time.
•    Managing internal feedback and ensuring amendments are made accordingly.
•    Sharing creative concepts & ideas with relevant specialist producer during creative development process/inviting them into reviews where applicable
•    Obtaining all internal Project Team & Creative approvals so that work is quality controlled and approved before client presentation.
•    Estimating & managing all creative stimulus material required for presentation; briefing offline & online designers/studio/illustrators/art buying, etc as necessary.
•    Ensuring all stimulus materials are delivered on time & within estimate.
•    Help maintain creative integrity, quality & excellence.
•    After Client presentation by Account Team, the PM will arrange debrief & feedback to creative team and control timings for these as above.
•    After a creative campaign/idea has been signed off, the Project Manager will be, where applicable, responsible for Research Stimulus Management.
•    Helping the Account team sell in estimates and timing plans to the client. 

The functions of this role are as follows:

•    Taking the research stimulus brief from the Account Team.
•    Estimating & managing all creative stimulus material required for research; briefing offline & online designers/studio/illustrators/art buying/producers, etc as necessary.
•    Ensuring supply of all necessary materials (eg visuals, storyboards, DVDs, mounted boards etc), for both client presentation & research.
•    Ensuring all stimulus materials are delivered on time & within estimate.
•    On Client approval of the ideas/concepts, the PM will inform the relevant producers and/or Art Buyer, obtain estimates for all deliverables (from the relevant producers) and give these to account management for Client approval.
•    Managing in-house designers for master layout & obtaining relevant internal approvals.
•    Responsible for ensuring that any third party supplier or specialist do not exceed their own production budget. The PM, together with the account team, will be responsible for the allocation & split of the overall production budget between the various disciplines/deliverables (where applicable).
•    On all deliverables (In store Content, Print & Digital), once a project is approved for production, The PM will manage the production process (except when a specialist producer is required). The Project Manager will liaise with them to ensure all internal approvals, client presentations & delivery are met.
•    Maintaining & managing the online Project Management tool in all areas relevant to the PMs. (Screen Dragon)
•    Ensuring all admin – POs, timesheets, etc – are completed on time.
•    The PM will, where necessary, attend client meetings to help aid the Account management team explain any production questions or production estimate


This role requires a professional, positive, and high-energy individual with great people skills. Someone who works hard but has fun with it! You should have a meticulous attention to detail, establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands to get stuck in on a variety of projects and the day-to-day support of your accounts. 

We are looking for an integrated PM. A background in retail and shopper marketing with experience on FMCG would help. You will also understand the elements required to execute a campaign from client/agency brief, to concept, design and production. You will have the know how to work with guidelines, deadlines and delivery methods and a good understanding of agency processes. You would also be comfortable in attending any client meetings to discuss estimates and timing plans when required.
