Account Manager - Employee Engagement /Marketing Communications - Oxfordshire - £35,000 plus bens
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful marketing and events agency near Oxford. The ideal candidate will have already had some experience in a similar environment.
This agency are world class at creating marketing communications programmes that enhance performance, engage employees and build loyalty. They implement employee engagement programmes for some of the UK's biggest companies in Telcos, Automotive and Technology.
They are 25 people strong, very well established and able to offer their clients a range of services including live communication, incentive travel events and online reward systems.
As an Account Manager, you will support the Account Director and operations team in delivering successful programmes to an audience of thousands. This will include total management of all copywriting, regular communication; inbound and outbound, general maintenance of databases, monthly tactical campaign management and set up and weekly reporting and analysis of sales, learning and engagement.

* A background within an agency would be preferable but not essential.
